The rules that govern your use of the Staff Playbook website and platform.
Last updated: 28 June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of staffplaybook.co.uk and the Staff Playbook platform (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Feet on the Street Co. Ltd ("Staff Playbook", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or over and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are registering on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
3. Accounts
Accounts are issued by invitation or after manual approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@staffplaybook.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Talent users
- You confirm that all information, imagery and documents you upload are accurate, lawful and that you have the right to share them.
- You agree to comply with right-to-work and tax requirements that apply to engagements you accept.
- Approval and continued listing on the platform are at our discretion.
- You may withdraw your profile at any time by contacting us; we will retain compliance records where the law requires.
5. Client users
- Briefs and bookings are subject to a separate engagement agreement before any work is delivered.
- You must not use the platform to circumvent Staff Playbook by directly engaging talent introduced to you, except as permitted by your engagement agreement.
- You will treat talent professionally, provide a safe working environment and comply with applicable employment, health and safety law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
- Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access.
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading or that you do not have the right to share.
- Scrape, copy or republish talent profiles or platform content without our written permission.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code and editorial content, is owned by Staff Playbook or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content as needed to operate the Service and, for talent imagery, to promote your profile to vetted clients.
8. Confidentiality
Information you receive about other users, clients, briefs or fees is confidential. You must not disclose it to third parties or use it for any purpose other than the engagement it relates to.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account at any time if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or its users. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) £100.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may bring proceedings in the courts where you are located to enforce our rights.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will change and, for material changes, we will notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
