- What is Staff Playbook?
- Staff Playbook is the curated arm of Feet on the Street Co. — a premium experiential staffing platform supplying brand ambassadors, hosts, interactive performers and event talent to luxury and global brands working across the UK.
- How do I brief you on a project?
- Use the Brief Us form. We respond the same working day with first-fit talent, indicative rates and next steps.
- How quickly can you mobilise a team?
- For most UK city activations we can confirm a vetted team within 24–48 hours. For larger national campaigns we recommend at least two weeks' notice so we can match the right profiles.
- How do I apply to join the roster?
- Apply through the For Talent page. Applications are reviewed by our team and you'll hear back within five working days.
- Is the roster open to anyone?
- The roster is invitation and application only. We look for proven experience, professionalism and the ability to represent premium brands with confidence.
- How are talent paid?
- Talent are paid by bank transfer after each completed engagement, in line with the rates agreed for the project. Bank and compliance details are held securely in your talent portal.
- Where do you operate?
- We are headquartered in London and supply talent for activations across the UK. Selected international projects are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- How do you handle my data?
- Please see our Privacy Policy for the full detail. In short: we only collect what we need, we never sell data, and you can request access or deletion at any time.
