Our story

Built on referrals, not bids.

Feet on the Street Co. was founded in 2017 as a specialist field marketing agency. We supplied experiential staff into food and drink for Mars, Doritos, Vita Coco, Peperami, Jack Link's and the kinds of agencies that win awards.

Nine years on, we've never spent a pound on outbound sales. Every new client came by referral. The same goes for our talent — every member of the roster joined because someone already on it vouched for them.

Staff Playbook codifies that into a platform: a place where premium brands and premium talent meet, without the noise of an open marketplace.

    Feet on the Street Co. founded

    A field marketing agency launches in London, supplying sampling and demo staff to UK FMCG brands.

    First national campaigns

    100% organic growth

    Every new client is a referral. The roster grows by invitation only — never an open call.
